Refund policy

Our refund policy is very simple. You can request refund within 20 days after you paid and confirmed the order.
After 30 days we will not be accepted any request for refund or return.To be eligibled for a
return, your item must be unworn with the original tags attached in the original packaging.
If we feel any of these points are not met, it is at our discretion on whether the item is suitable or not for return.

REFUNDS

 

Please allow 10 working days from receiving your item to process your return and confirm your refund amount. We will send
you an email when this has been done, but please be advised it may take a further 1-3days for the funds to clear in your
bank account.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

 

If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank.
There is often some processing time before a refund is confirmed.

 

If you received a wrong item, please contact our customer care. We will do our best to sort it out and get the right item
to you as soon as possible.
